Construction Project Specialist

The Construction Project Specialist will maintain accurate records and documentation related to project activities, expenses, and correspondence. They will partner with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project timelines are met within established parameters. They will develop, implement, and oversee all project trackers to ensure timely completion of due diligence, design, permitting, and construction phases. This role involves vendor procurement and management, including overseeing activities to ensure the accurate and timely ordering of furniture, finishes, and equipment for each new store.
