What You'll Do:
- Conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care for patients across your licensed state(s).
- Educate and guide patients on getting the most from their hearing technology.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless patient journeys.
What You Bring:
- Active HIS license in CA, MN, NY, PA, or TX with 2+ years of fitting experience.
- A patient-first approach with empathy and strong communication skills.
- Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule and caseload.
What We Offer:
- Total target earnings of $100,000 to $120,000 with base salary and monthly performance bonuses.
