Senior Staff Supplier Quality Engineer - Mechanical

While Mainspring is growing rapidly to scale production of its linear generators, quality is a crucial element to the success of our mission. The Supplier Quality Team is responsible for supplier selection and performance monitoring as it relates to key supplier delivery and quality requirements. You will refine and execute improvements to the supplier audit and qualification process in concert with Supply Chain, Engineering and the other members of the QA team. You will work to develop and execute quality plans by utilizing the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process. You are highly organized, communicative, and will thrive in a nimble, fast-paced environment that includes Engineering, R&D, Operations and Supply Chain.
