Biostatistician

The Company:

• We provide RPM solutions in oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry, combining ePRO collection with AI techniques.
• Our platform is deployed in routine care for 35,000 patients across 200+ healthcare institutions.

Your Role:

• You will help build and deliver robust statistical work for Real-World Evidence (RWE) and Medical Affairs studies.
• Your day-to-day involves drafting SAPs, programming in R and Python, and contributing to study design and execution.
• You will produce decision-ready deliverables and explain results to diverse audiences.

Your Team:

• You will join a dynamic team with medical and pharma expertise, reporting to the Director of Translational Research – RWE & Biostatistics.
• The team values high methodological rigor, autonomy, and clear communication.

Profile:

• You have 2–4 years of experience in biostatistics/RWE, with strong skills in survival analysis, regression, and reproducible code.
• You are comfortable working with patient healthcare data and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• A plus if you know GxP/ICH E9 guidelines or have exposure to machine learning in healthcare.
