Omada’s Clinical Quality Team is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to advance the mission of delivering high-quality, equitable healthcare through data-driven insights and innovation. This role sets a new standard for quality and equity in digital health by applying advanced analytical expertise to solve complex problems of diverse scope. As a leader on the Clinical team, you will collaborate across Care Delivery, and EPD (Engineering, Product, and Design) teams to generate actionable insights, build intuitive dashboards, define and refine quality metrics, and influence strategies that improve member behavior to improve clinical outcomes. In addition, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team that utilizes population health approaches and data analytics to develop informed and targeted interventions that identify individuals for engagement based on their health needs and risk factors. Your work will directly shape Omada’s clinical impact and strategic priorities.
