Job Description
The Senior Engineer will collaborate with the CTO, fellow engineers, product management, and cross-functional teams to elevate Surefire Cyber’s technology enablement. They will engineer scalable solutions for the Surefire Cyber team and platform, ensuring widespread effectiveness. The Senior Engineer will also develop integrations with 3rd party products and solutions to enhance Surefire’s delivery capability and technological resilience. They will take ownership and accountability of the development roadmap and spearhead the delivery of engineering projects. The Senior Engineer will also design and implement user interfaces for web applications and develop and maintain server-side components and APIs with a focus on robustness and security. They will also incorporate AI agents and agentic workflows into development cycles, leveraging frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or CrewAI to design and automate intelligent task execution systems.
