About the Role:
- Run and shape the security risk management program and treatment plans.
- Work cross-functionally to perform risk assessments and support exception requests.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead global risk management processes and turn regulatory changes into working controls.
- Own risk reporting and partner with security and engineering teams.
- Build automations to keep the risk register accurate and proactive.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years in security risk, GRC, or related field with NIST CSF knowledge.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical risk for varied audiences.
- Experience with risk metrics, reporting, and workflow automation.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $132,600-$195,000 plus equity grants.
