Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

As the Senior Director of FP&A at Chainguard, you will lead the strategic finance function responsible for planning, forecasting, analysis, and business partnering. You will drive financial insights and decision-support that enable Chainguard’s growth in the open-source security space. You will partner with senior leadership to translate business strategy into financial plans, ensure robust processes, and guide high-visibility decisions. Key responsibilities include leading the annual budget, quarterly re-forecasting, and long-range (3-5 year) strategic planning processes. The role involves developing and maintaining driver-based financial models, providing financial and operational insight to business unit heads, and owning the monthly/quarterly business review process. You'll also drive process improvement and serve as a strategic business partner, leading and developing a high-performing FP&A team.
