Role Overview:
- Define KPIs, data models, and analytical infrastructure for clinical, operational, and product decisions.
- Partner with care delivery, operations, product management, and customer success to build a scalable analytics roadmap.
- Translate complex data into insights that drive strategy at the center of care delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain labor productivity models and workforce supply/demand forecasts for RPM program.
- Develop revenue forecasting and cost-per-patient analyses for executive decision-making.
- Build reusable analytical workflows and automation to reduce manual overhead.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years with SQL and hands-on analytics/dashboarding experience.
- Proficiency with modern data stack tools like Snowflake, Fivetran, and dbt.
- Experience with clinical or health data, including patient vitals and EHR records.
