Trading Operations Specialist

Become a core part of the APAC based trading operations team, dedicated to working closely with our trading, treasury and wider operations teams during APAC trading hours. Manage digital asset and fiat related trade settlement and communicate with internal and external trading counterparties to ensure timely and accurate settlements. Perform trade reconciliation from post trade to settlement to ensure correct and timely settlement. Keep track of the treasury, and liaise with the trading and finance teams on accounting for asset balances across operations. Liaise internally with the wider trading, OTC and options teams on balances and settlement status, and provide administrative and client communication support where needed. Handle asset rebalancing and whitelisting of crypto addresses across multiple CEXs and DEXs across multiple platforms. Support trading desks with fiat transfers and settlements. Keenly track and alert internal and external client margin and net open positions, and liaise with clients on transfer of assets to maintain margin thresholds. Oversee the collection, documentation and organizing of external counterparty FX and OTC related trade data for purposes of internal cost and best execution tracking to improve efficiency.
