VP of Actuarial

Leadership and Team Management:

• Manage and mentor a small team of actuaries and analysts.
• Help set strategic direction in the development of actuarial services.
• Build relationships with client and vendor partners.

Analysis and Reporting:

• Be accountable for producing a wide range of analyses and reporting.
• Present regular reviews of health-plan performance to clients.
• Drive innovation in actuarial models, reporting and dashboards.

Data and Technical Skills:

• Strong programming skills in SQL.
• Experience with business-intelligence tools.
• Experience developing and managing data pipelines.
