AECOM is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Specialist for a Federal Client in the DC Metro Area. As the senior technical resource, you'll be the technical advisor for the team throughout multiple projects. Responsibilities include providing specialized technical input to studies and designs, developing study and design procedures, participating in interdisciplinary reviews, developing cost estimates, performing quality control, and preparing technical specification sections. You'll strive to identify cost-saving opportunities, communicate with the design team and client, and exercise latitude in determining technical objectives.
