The Full Stack AI Product Developer will oversee the end-to-end development of the Candidate CRM platform, creating a scalable, AI-driven solution to transform recruitment. The role requires an experienced engineer with over five years of full stack expertise and a strong interest in AI/automation. Utilizing Python, Google Cloud, and Google’s AI pipelines, the developer will implement innovative features such as AI-powered candidate matching and automated workflows, leveraging experience with HR tools, CRMs, ERPs, or similar systems.
Key responsibilities include managing the full product lifecycle, implementing AI-powered features, integrating systems, developing Full Stack Solutions, innovating and iterating, ensuring scalability and security, documenting and communicating, and operating independently. The role offers complete ownership of the platform, the impact of redefining recruitment, and enhanced expertise in critical technologies.
