Logistics Director

Supply Chain Management:

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Act as the main point of contact with factories and suppliers in India and China.
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders and shipping partners.

Communication and Coordination:

• Coordinate container building and dispatch schedules.
• Respond promptly to emails, calls, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain professional communication with partners.

Order and Documentation Management:

• Own the full order lifecycle including processing, fulfillment tracking.
• Review and maintain documentation for product inspections and shipping quality.
• Handle basic invoicing tasks related to logistics and freight operations.
