Job Description
We’re searching for a Sr. Strategic Transformation Lead to join our Activation Services team on a remote basis (or hybrid from an Applied Systems office). To keep us headed in the right direction, we’re looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team’s diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.
Partner closely with senior leadership to scope, prioritize, and execute critical cross-functional initiatives that drive organizational transformation and impact. Lead the planning and delivery of high-priority strategic programs and enterprise initiatives. Develop repeatable processes to track and manage execution. Lay the foundation for a high-performing Enterprise Project Management Office, including defining methodologies, tools, and best practices.
