Creative Strategist & Designer

Creative Strategy and Design:

• Develop and execute creative ideas for email campaigns in Klaviyo and paid social on Facebook/Instagram.
• Create high-quality, on-brand designs in Figma with strong art direction and typography.
• Iterate on designs quickly based on performance and bring new concepts consistently.

AI Workflow Implementation:

• Use AI tools to generate and refine creative ideas for design, copy, and research.
• Speed up internal workflows and experiment with new tools.
• Actively find ways to work faster and smarter with AI.

Systems, Organization, and Admin:

• Maintain clean, structured systems across Google Suite, Asana or Notion, and creative files.
• Track performance and organize data for decision-making.
• Create structure and clarity wherever things feel messy.
