Role Overview:

• Partner with Co-CEOs to represent their interests across business, media, and investments.
• Act as gatekeeper and proxy, ensuring priorities are executed with clarity and momentum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design AI-driven systems and automations to streamline operations and decision-making.
• Lead executive meetings, board prep, and strategic initiatives across all three worlds.
• Manage CRM, cross-portfolio relationships, and company-wide communications.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years business experience, 2+ with C-suite; consumer goods preferred.
• AI-native with hands-on Notion, plugin, and automation skills.
• Strong analytical, financial, and communication abilities.
