Job Description
We’re looking for a highly organized, self-motivated Accounting Specialist with exceptional attention to detail to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support the accounting function across multiple offices, managing a variety of tasks from general bookkeeping to real estate transaction support. You’ll collaborate closely with General Managers, agents, and title companies to ensure each office’s accounting needs are met accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
You will manage NetSuite entries for all accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions, maintain accurate records of funds received from investors, perform accurate and timely property close-outs including reviewing HUD statements, and assist with administrative reports.
