Senior Front End Engineer

As a Senior Front End Engineer at Cytora, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product. You will be working closely with UX designers, frontend and backend engineers, and product managers to help build our main product offering in Insurtech. Your responsibilities will extend to managing stakeholders, like CX/BA, taking initiative where necessary, influencing product roadmaps and direction, and collaborating with our UX designer function to establish best practices. Collaborate within a growing team to develop and maintain full-stack Typescript production-grade web applications. Utilize your expertise in JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React and Redux to deliver features on time and of high quality. Demonstrate a strong understanding of agile fundamentals, contributing to an efficient and collaborative development process. Work with backend engineers, consulting on the contract design amongst other things, to ensure the API’s are fit for purpose. Having an eye for detail and empathy for the end-user, putting yourself in their shoes, and working with UX to deliver impactful user experiences.
