Position Responsibilities:
- Provide adult primary care via video visits and asynchronous telemedicine, approximately 36 clinical hours per week.
- Collaborate with internal subspecialists and care teams to manage a diverse patient population, including Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries.

Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with a minimum of 1 year of telehealth experience required.
- Multi-state licensure covering approximately 40% of the U.S. population, including at least two of the following states: California, Texas, Florida, or New York.
- U.S.-trained MD or DO, comfortable with modern healthcare technology platforms and interested in AI-enhanced clinical workflows.
