Delivery Manager

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of software delivery or site reliability engineering, ensuring Agile ceremonies are in place and breaking down goals and tasks with the team to deliver incremental value. Address or escalate issues that prevent the team from progressing, supporting the team to improve workflow, and planning epics and sprints. You will also provide regular status reports converting real-time updates to weekly summaries. You’ll assist in recruiting and maintaining the best talent by assessing CVs, assisting with interviews, and supporting team members with career progression.
