Head of Production Test Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a unified production testing roadmap covering new products, launches, mass production support, and infrastructure improvements.
• Lead the engineering team, allocate resources, and coordinate dependencies across hardware, firmware, and manufacturing teams.
• Define production testing strategies, oversee fixture and software development, and analyze data to turn defects into improvements.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with electronics production testing and full product lifecycle from prototype to mass production.
• Strong technical foundation in electronics, firmware, and test software; proficiency in Linux, Python, and pytest.
• Experience leading engineering teams and managing cross-team dependencies with factories.
