About the Role:
- Own the delivery of test management for multiple SoC products, ensuring quality standards before release.
- Lead a team of test engineers, establishing consistent approaches and managing dependencies across teams.
- Drive manufacturing test strategies for high-volume production at wafer fabs and OSATs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-volume manufacturing strategies, optimizing ATE/SLT coverage, reducing DPPM and test costs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy screening solutions, manage data integration, and support NPI.
- Use data analytics and diagnostics to drive yield improvement and handle RMA.
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years in product or test engineering, with 3+ years managing people.
- Experience with DFT, ATPG, MBIST, and yield management systems.
- Degree in EE, CE, CS or equivalent; strong understanding of IC flows and failure analysis.
