Job Description
The Market Researcher role at MSX International Group will involve making phone calls, primarily to motor vehicle dealers. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with a confident telephone manner. Responsibilities include thinking quickly under pressure, taking ownership of the research issue, working independently or as part of a team, and accurately recording data. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a good work ethic, and be quick learners. PC literacy with Google Sheets/Excel is essential. Experience in a customer assistance center or customer service environment handling outbound calls is preferred. Fluency in Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Turkish, or Romanian is required, along with a good grasp of English.
