Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and manages QA processes to ensure product quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
  • Communicates quality standards to QA and development teams and coordinates product testing.
  • Identifies and analyzes recurring issues and recommends solutions, while reviewing client and user feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related work experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant QA/testing automation experience with knowledge of software QA methodologies.
  • Teamwork oriented with exceptional multi-tasking, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.

AI and Automation Expectations:

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools, LLMs for generating test cases, and test automation frameworks like Selenium.
  • Working knowledge of API testing tools, CI/CD integration for test pipelines, and AI-powered QA platforms.
  • Ability to evaluate emerging AI tools to improve test coverage and reduce manual effort.
