What You'll Do:
- Build production RAG pipelines and multi-agent systems for real clients, integrating LLMs into workflows that are not just prototypes.
- Own backend systems using FastAPI with multi-tenant, secure architecture, deploying with Docker and CI/CD in the cloud.
- Measure and improve output quality before systems ship, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Advanced to fluent English skills for clear communication with clients and team, both written and spoken.
- Experience with 2+ shipped production RAG systems, including vector databases and debugging issues like hallucination.
- 5+ years of Python in production and 3+ years building AI/LLM systems with real users, plus strong backend and security fundamentals.
The Role's Impact:

- Mentor engineers and enforce high engineering standards, choosing frameworks and tools to push the team forward.
