Junior Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/x)

Learn to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns in Google, Bing and Meta. Analyse data with the support of in-house tools to identify growth opportunities and work closely with your team to scale campaigns. Monitor & challenge with the support of your team ongoing campaigns on a daily basis to ensure targets are reached & by that gain deep-down knowledge about how various online marketing channels work for our brand. Support the management of budgets for your market's channels, contributing to impactful business growth across Google, Bing and Meta Ads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing Automation, Marketing Controlling, Video Production, etc.) on campaign planning, advertising materials, reporting, and optimisation projects.
