We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist to lead the execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across digital channels. This role is critical to driving customer acquisition, increasing ROI, and supporting full-funnel marketing strategies through paid search, paid social, programmatic, and other performance channels.

The Performance Marketing Account Manager will play a key role in executing growth strategies for our partners, collaborating with a lead growth strategist and paid media, SEO, web, and creative channel experts on each client account. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for performance marketing, an analytical mindset, and a strong desire to drive measurable growth for clients.

We are looking for a search enthusiast with a desire to continue their pursuit of a career in digital marketing. You will be reporting to the Senior Director, Paid Media and will be responsible for the daily management of digital media paid search campaigns, assist in implementation of campaigns on the different search engines networks and analyze the performance of campaigns and identifying strategic opportunities.

Oversee campaign lifecycles, ensuring successful launches and optimization for ROI. Effectively forecast, advise and manage substantial budgets, and optimize bids for efficient campaign performance. Interpret diverse data to make data-driven decisions, optimizing campaigns. Communicate insights across disciplines, fostering holistic search performance. Independently communicate with clients through email or phone, fostering strong working relationships.
