- Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to students aged 11–24, focusing on mild-to-moderate mental health conditions.
- Establish and maintain trusted therapeutic relationships with youth and their families, providing necessary psychoeducation.
Employment Structure:
- Choose between W-2 employment with full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and PTO, or a 1099 contractor role with flexible scheduling.
- W-2 clinicians commit to a caseload of 25 weekly slots with a target of 17 completed sessions, while 1099 contractors have a minimum of 5 sessions per week.
Support and Development:
- Receive consistent referrals, billing, credentialing, and scheduling administrative support to focus on client care.
- Access professional development through CE credits, malpractice insurance, ongoing training, and a supportive clinical community with peer consultation.
