As an Operations Specialist on the Notary Connect team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth, error-free signing experiences for our customers and notaries alike. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering reliable, high-quality work.
You’ll coordinate notaries, troubleshoot issues, review documents for accuracy, and maintain service quality. You'll also be expected to collaborate cross-functionally to report discrepancies, resolve document errors, and maintain service quality. Schedule All roles are evening shift positions (Mountain Time) and require availability on weekends.
The position can expect consistent, reliable hours through the fourth quarter of 2025 as we support our busy season. However, hours in early 2026 may fluctuate based on business needs and volume.
