Manage and prioritize incident resolution, defect fixes, and enhancement requests from business users.
Analyze business and system processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend scalable solutions.
Coordinate day-to-day ITGC control requirement activities in partnership with control owners.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Workday Financials.
Advanced hands-on experience across multiple Workday Financial modules.
Strong knowledge of SOX compliance, ITGC requirements, and internal control frameworks.
