Job Description
As a Quality Engineer with strong automation and communication skills at Replicant, you'll efficiently test and build quality checks for our customer-facing AI Agents. This is an opportunity to improve our processes where necessary, implement clean communication between various internal and external systems, explore Conversational UIs, and help level up our growing team. Solving interesting challenges is at the core, as is ownership in contributing to solutions.
You will work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and customers to ensure our products are the best they can be. Understanding conversational designs and creating acceptance criteria for developers is key. You will operate as an integrated member of a fully remote, cross-functional agile team.
Your responsibilities include identifying, documenting, tracking, and helping ensure resolution of issues by working closely with the development team through multiple phases of product life cycle and triage & tracking customer defects through RocketLane. Participation in regular team meetings and efforts to increase quality within the organization is expected, as well as tracking time and effort on ongoing tasks and providing regular updates.
