Associate Creative Director (Art)

The role:

• As an Associate Creative Director at Huge, you will manage world-class clients and their brands, executing integrated projects that deliver the brand and storytelling they seek.
• You will drive and execute creative direction, ensuring the highest standards of excellence.

What you’ll be doing:

• Serve as the primary creative point of contact for clients, leading big-idea conceptual thinking and pitching visual concepts to senior executives.
• Direct and inspire multidisciplinary teams, mentoring art directors and visual designers to foster a culture of aesthetic craftsmanship.
• Oversee full-scale creative production to ensure big ideas translate into flawless visual assets.

• 8+ years of experience in an integrated brand creative agency with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional campaign and storytelling work.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with a passion for ideas and storytelling.
• Experience in making connections between disciplines and collaborating with program delivery, client service, and strategy.
