Design Systems Lead

What you'll be working on:

• Owning the strategy and roadmap for the Atlas design system, including tokens and AI consumption architecture.
• Setting quality standards through reviews and audits, and partnering with engineering on design-to-code pipelines.
• Driving adoption through documentation and mentoring to elevate craft across the organization.

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years of product design experience with at least 3 years in building and scaling design systems.
• Strong fundamentals in visual and interaction craft, with fluency in modern front-end concepts and AI tooling.
• Experience in accessibility standards, mentoring designers, and cross-functional influence without formal authority.
