Associate Operational Excellence Director

Due to continued growth, Precision Medicine Group has an opportunity for an Associate Operational Excellence Director to join our global team. This role involves leveraging expertise to plan and manage initiatives that enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of study delivery to Sponsors. The Associate Director will develop and implement processes, standards, and operational plans to foster operational excellence across the business, collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Responsibilities include identifying relevant KPIs, developing concise reports and dashboards from various data sources, and leading cross-functional initiatives to drive continuous improvement across clinical solutions. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of related experience in CRO/pharmaceutical/biotechnology drug development, along with a good understanding of data sources, KPI reporting, business analytics, and experience using Power BI. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
