Events Manager

Plan and execute CoinTracker’s presence at crypto conferences such as Consensus, Token2049, and Digital Asset Summit — including booth logistics, side-events, and executive dinners that drive brand visibility and leads. Partner with the Enterprise, Partnerships, Executive Business Partner, and Marketing teams to deliver high-impact activations and relationship-building events that convert into pipeline opportunities. Build scalable event systems and operational processes — including vendor frameworks, budget tracking, timelines, and risk management templates — to ensure smooth execution and consistent ROI across all events. Has 6–8 years of experience in event operations, logistics, or program management and proven track record of operational excellence.
