Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate job costing and perform routine reconciliations.
- Manage cash balances, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financials, over/under billing schedules, and tax returns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in accounting, finance or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Five or more years of accounting and financial reporting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and regulations.
Additional Skills:
- Strong experience with MS Excel and other MS Suite.
- Ability to troubleshoot and critically think through processes and issues.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
