Requirements Analysis
The Role:
- Join a healthcare AI engineering team as a senior, client-facing engineer.
- Guide engagements from early technical discussions through deployment.
What You'll Do:
- Own client engagements from presales demos through architecture, integration, launch, and support.
- Design and build production AI agent systems connecting with EHR, claims, pharmacy, and CRM tools.
- Lead technical sessions and share field learnings with the product team.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-15 years of software engineering experience with customer-facing production systems.
- Healthcare expertise and client-facing experience, plus fluency in Python, JavaScript, Node.js, React, and cloud.
- Experience with data/ML pipelines and LLM/AI agent systems is valuable.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary range: $170,000 to $205,000.
- Remote within the US, with New York as primary location. Visa sponsorship not available.
