This role is responsible for:
- Developing and executing a global organic social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and communications priorities.
- Creating, publishing, and managing high-quality content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Partnering with internal teams and external vendors to amplify content, promote brand initiatives, and support key campaigns.
This role also includes:
- Conducting social listening, analytics, and reporting to identify trends, inform strategy, and optimize engagement.
- Developing playbooks, training sessions, and self-service resources to share social media best practices across the organization.
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal social media policies while driving creative innovation.
