Job Description

This role is responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a global organic social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and communications priorities.
  • Creating, publishing, and managing high-quality content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other social platforms.
  • Partnering with internal teams and external vendors to amplify content, promote brand initiatives, and support key campaigns.

This role also includes:

  • Conducting social listening, analytics, and reporting to identify trends, inform strategy, and optimize engagement.
  • Developing playbooks, training sessions, and self-service resources to share social media best practices across the organization.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal social media policies while driving creative innovation.

Other skills and responsibilites include:

  • Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills across multiple formats (video, graphics, written).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; data-driven decision maker.
  • Ability to translate complex, technical, or abstract information into compelling social media content.
