Senior Client Strategist - Financial Services (Remote)

The Senior Client Strategist supporting Financial Services plays a crucial role in providing consultative and analytical services, using data and insights from various sources to develop multi-channel marketing strategies. The goal is to help financial institutions achieve specific outcomes, such as acquiring new households, accounts, mortgages, HELOC/home equity, and other products. This role involves partnering with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation, challenge the status quo, and implement solutions to advance strategic priorities. The Senior Client Strategist drives excellence in financial acumen, communication, business and strategic planning, and performance monitoring. They translate market developments into practical insights, develop compelling stories, and use data visualization to support client priorities. The Senior Client Strategist also consults with clients and internal teams to identify objectives and strategies, find solutions for client problems, and conduct market research. They present client strategies, craft data stories, and provide subject matter expertise, recommending solution enhancements and post-program measurement plans while proactively identifying opportunities to deliver on business goals. This position requires significant travel (50%+) to meet with clients in person and demands regular face-to-face interaction with clients and internal teams to drive successful outcomes.
