Shape, curate, and amplify the stories that define our brand. Translate insights, industry perspectives, and internal expertise into high-value experiences that educate, inspire, and drive engagement. This strategic and editorial role involves working across functions with subject matter experts, marketers, and community stakeholders to ensure every piece of content contributes to the larger narrative, supports demand generation, and strengthens our community presence. Create and package thought leadership, insights, and creative assets into compelling content experiences (newsletters, gated assets, event recaps). Partner with subject matter experts and marketing teams to refine and amplify existing knowledge into content that tells a cohesive brand story. Collaborate with events and field marketing to craft narratives around Summits, webinars, and other moments, and produce high-impact pre/post event content. Repurpose content across channels (blogs, social, gated content, email) to maximize reach and relevance. Maintain an editorial calendar balancing new content creation with reuse, ensuring consistency in tone, clarity, and brand alignment. Apply storytelling to make complex topics accessible, with a focus on delivering value and insight over volume. Monitor engagement data and community feedback to continuously refine content strategy. Own the external newsletter voice and direction, highlighting the best of our community, events, and industry perspectives. Manage freelance contributors and subject matter experts, ensuring timely delivery and brand alignment. Analyze performance metrics to track ROI and inform ongoing improvements.
