Build AI-powered tools that automate creative work at scale by integrating LLMs, text-to-image, and voice models into production workflows. Rapidly prototype and ship automation solutions within creative ecosystems (Figma, Adobe, etc.). Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions and collaborate with AI engineers, designers, and strategists to push creative innovation forward.

Lead and inspire a team of around 50 Creative Project Managers (CPMs) and Team Leads in this high-impact leadership role. Focused on building a world-class project management function that delivers exceptional customer outcomes and drives operational excellence at scale. Align strategy, optimize performance, and shape a seamless operation that empowers teams and impresses customers in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Lead the design of intuitive, data-rich experiences—from AI-generated dashboards to creative analysis tools—working closely with Product and Engineering in a fast-moving, product-led environment. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complexity and wants to shape the future of AI-powered decision-making in marketing.
