Core Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume patient caseload via a 100% virtual Telehealth platform, providing comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of eating disorders and co-occurring psychiatric conditions.
- Implement medication treatment plans in a virtual clinic setting and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, dietitians, therapists, and mentors.
- Utilize between-session messaging and the Equip EMR to support patients and communicate with the treatment team in accordance with company policies.
Working Schedule:
- Full-time position with patient scheduling available Monday through Friday between 8am and 8pm in the patient's timezone.
- Ability to provide direct patient care, including new patient intakes and follow-up sessions, and commit to working until 6pm two evenings per week of your choice.
- Attendance at mandatory meetings such as Group Supervision, Treatment Huddles, Labs/All Hands, and Individual Supervision is required.
Qualifications & Licensing:
- Must be a Board Certified Physician Assistant with an active license in Massachusetts and the ability to maintain active licenses, with Equip covering cross-licensing costs.
- Requires 3+ years of experience treating pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in an outpatient setting, with primary care experience considered a plus.
- Demonstrate commitment to evidence-based care, clinical skill advancement, and effective communication with patients and their caregivers, responding to messages in a timely manner.
Compensation & Additional Details:
- Annual salary range is $110,000 to $140,000 with an additional 15% performance bonus potential.
