Gerente Contable

We are looking for an Accounting Manager with the ability to combine leadership and execution, driving the transformation and modernization of accounting processes. Your main mission will be to promote continuous improvement, optimize processes, and leverage technological tools to ensure accurate and timely accounting deliveries. You are responsible for leading internal and external audits, ensuring fiscal and accounting compliance, and maintaining updated and auditable financial statements. Typical activities include supervising general accounting, preparing payroll, performing bank reconciliations, and preparing financial statements. You will also manage tax calculations, implement process improvements, and lead the accounting team.
