Responsibilities:
- Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations.
- Ensure timely QA of documents.

Requirements:
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
- 2+ years of clinical experience in home health, hospice, or a regulated healthcare setting.
- Working knowledge of CMS and/or Medicaid regulations.
