Data Support Engineer - Júnior

As a Data Support Engineer, you will be responsible for proactively monitoring the data systems, identifying and resolving incidents with agility to ensure the continuity and efficiency of operations. You will be part of an on-call rotation, responding quickly to critical incidents outside of business hours. Additionally, your routine includes executing existing runbooks, documenting results, and providing feedback for continuous improvements.
