Build scalable cost accounting processes and standard cost methods with operations team.
Conduct monthly closing for inventories, physical counts, and variance analysis.
Ensure local GAAP and HGB compliance, manage government funding documentation.
Handle intercompany reconciliation and capex classification for Germany.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years in cost accounting in manufacturing or high-tech.
Degree in accounting, finance, or business; advanced ERP and Excel skills.
Fluent in German and English; experience with US-GAAP and NetSuite preferred.
