New Product Designer

This role is part of the Rewardful team, one of our growing brands at saas.group. Rewardful is one of the brands under saas.group's umbrella and has been making it super easy for SaaS companies to handle their affiliate programs using Stripe or Paddle since 2018. The Product Designer will own Rewardful's design vision and execution from top to bottom and will work side-by-side with the product manager and dev team to give our product interface a modern refresh and build a cohesive design system. Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end design process from ideation to implementation, creating intuitive interfaces for complex B2B workflows, collaborating with product managers to transform briefs into compelling design solutions, and partnering with developers during implementation to ensure design integrity throughout the development cycle. The Product Designer will also develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency across the platform and elevate Rewardful's overall design quality, ensuring our product feels fresh and remains competitive.
