Senior Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer to support Humana Inc.'s IT environment as part of a staff augmentation engagement focused on Isilon Services. The consultant will provide engineering and architecture services under the direction of the client, contributing to the delivery of technical solutions and documentation within a defined scope and timeline. Key Responsibilities include providing on-site and remote infrastructure administration and support, ensuring continuous operation through troubleshooting, proactive planning, maintenance, and monitoring of critical IT systems. Furthermore, assessing, creating, and maintaining detailed systems documentation, topology diagrams, procedures, and other standard IT processes. Additionally, evaluating and recommending improvements to IT platforms, architecture, and capabilities to ensure appropriate service levels, performance, and cost of ownership, along with attending project meetings and assisting in design reviews. Implementing technology solutions and working with project management to provide status updates on project-related deliverables are also integral to the role.
