Operations Data Analyst (Operations & Policy Analyst 3)

Accountabilities:

• Develop data points and user-friendly reports identifying fiscal and systemic drivers, service-delivery trends, and community barriers.
• Gather, analyze, and present operational, financial, and program data to support decision-making.
• Manage databases and ensure audit compliance while coordinating data migration.

Requirements:

• Seven years of evaluative and analytical experience, or a combination with education.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Tableau and SQL.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
